The supplier will provide fully managed, secure, and compliant end-user services, including device and software support, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and financial and asset-tracking processes. Services must integrate with VITA’s Multi-Sourcing Service Integrator platform and support both supplier-owned and Commonwealth-owned or leased devices. VITA anticipates a single award but reserves the right to make multiple awards or no award.
