The RFP seeks responses and intends to award contract(s) for the 2027 and 2028 MHSATS Nursing Leadership Conferences, with the State contracting directly with a hotel or event venue. The venue must be within 20 miles of the Brainerd Post Office in Brainerd, Minnesota; estimated attendance is 80, with no guaranteed minimum attendance, lodging rooms, or meals. The price schedule covers lodging, conference meeting facilities and equipment, parking, shuttle services if required, and catering, and all charges must be listed on the spreadsheet. The contract term runs from contract execution through May 31, 2028, and responses must be submitted through the Supplier Portal.
