Description

The City of Cleveland, Department of Public Health, Division of Environment is requesting proposals for a web-based inspection and permitting software solution, potentially integrated with existing City software including Verint, Advantage, and Open Data Commons. The system must support permitting, inspections, data collection, reporting, and program management for food, recreational water, body art, and complaint programs. Requirements include online public inspection reports and operator services, offline mobile/tablet access, alerts and notifications, audit logs, hosting and cloud storage, and training. Proposals must include technical and separate pricing submissions, with implementation planning, configuration, training, integration/customization, licensing, maintenance, and other costs addressed.
