The Authority is seeking a consulting firm to provide on-call environmental compliance, dam inspections, and water system services. Services will support Pittsburgh International Airport in Moon and Findlay Townships and Allegheny County Airport in West Mifflin. Pittsburgh International Airport is permitted as a synthetic minor source under an operating air permit and as a nontransient, noncommunity public water system.
