Description
The City of Corvallis is seeking sealed proposals for on-call inspection and plan review services for its Development Services Division. Proposals should demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and experience with construction practices, architectural principles, and structural, mechanical, fire and life-safety, hazardous materials, and civil engineering practices. The City expects to contract out certain projects for inspection and/or plan review on an as-needed basis to maintain workflow when staff resources are at or near capacity.
