Fort Rucker Barracks CCTV Integration and Maintenance

The U.S. Army needs CCTV integration and ongoing maintenance for barracks at Fort Rucker, Alabama. - Government buyer: U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Rucker; supporting the 164th Theater Airfield Operations Group and USAACE. - Scope: Integrate existing Government-furnished CCTV equipment in Buildings 8354, 8355, and 8356 with centralized monitoring in Building 8350. The contractor also provides ancillary installation materials, network and software configuration, inspections, repairs, and support. - Equipment and OEMs: The existing inventory includes 30 IP cameras, including Hanwha 5MP QNV-8020R cameras, plus XRN-810S and XRN-1610S recorders using Wisnet X software. Dahua and Hikvision equipment and services are prohibited; supplied equipment must meet NDAA/TAA requirements. No part numbers are specified for most listed equipment. - Services and quantities: Integration and installation (CLIN 0001, quantity 1); semi-annual maintenance (one CLIN per year for the base year and four option years); a one-year warranty for newly installed parts and contractor workmanship (CLIN 0003, quantity 1); annual repair-parts allowances of up to $3,000 (five yearly CLINs, $15,000 maximum total); and reporting (one CLIN per year, not separately priced). - Performance requirements: Perform semi-annual inspections and provide written completion notification within 48 hours. Routine calls require a response within four business hours and on-site arrival within 24–48 hours; critical failures affecting more than 25% of coverage or the primary NVR require a phone response within one hour and on-site response within four hours, around the clock. Parts over $250 require prior written approval and are invoiced at actual cost without markup. - Period of performance: One 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. Integration is in the base year; maintenance continues during the base year and any exercised option years.

Description

​​​​​​The Government is requesting the purchase of security camera maintenance services for barracks located at Fort Rucker, Alabama. This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS code 561621 with a size standard of $25 million and PSC code S211 as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) using simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) and is set aside 100% for small businesses with no specified category preference. Quotes from all small business categories are welcome.
