Mitsubishi VRF HVAC System Installation at TVHS Nashville Campus

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking HVAC replacement and installation work at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Nashville Campus. - Government buyer - Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS), Network Contracting Office 9 - Contract contact named in the attachment: Aye A. A. King - OEM and requested equipment - Mitsubishi VRF system equipment: one 6-ton condenser (TURYE0724AMM0AN), four 9,000-BTU air handling units (TPKFYP008LM1M0A), and one 12,000-BTU air handling unit (TPKFY012LM1M0A). - The installation also calls for a branch box; no part number or quantity is provided for it. - Required work - Remove the existing condenser and three existing air handling units. - Install the new VRF condenser, branch box, and five air handling units; provide refrigerant piping and electrical work, charge the system, start it up, and test, balance, and verify proper operation. - Warranties include one year for parts, seven years for the compressor, and one year for workmanship. - Performance planning - Work is scheduled for Friday through Sunday during evening hours, with completion by Sunday noon. The base period is approximately two months; no option years or annual subscription are indicated.

Description

Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Nashville Campus Request for Quote IAW FAR 13 to provide the removal of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system on site to avoid system failure in accordance with the Statement of Work. Comparative evaluations of quotes will be performed IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) Best Value based on price and other factors. (See E.2 Instructions to Offerors). This requirement is 100% set-aside for SDVOS contractors.

This RFQ will result in a single award firm-fixed price purchase order with a Period of Performance: 11/01/2026 through 12/31/2026
