Description

The opportunity is for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for specialized test-grade fuel used in emissions testing of vehicles and engines, in accordance with specifications under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. Fuel will be delivered to Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Transportation Emissions & Electrification Laboratory Facility in Ottawa on an as-and-when-requested basis from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028. The procurement is competitive open bidding, with selection based on lowest price. Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
