Address equity, frontline and vulnerable communities, tradeoffs and adverse equity effects, interagency coordination, and prioritization of nature-based or green/gray-green infrastructure. - OEMs and named vendors: No OEMs, product brands, or prospective contractor vendors are named. No products or quantities are requested.

Santa Clara County is seeking a contractor team to develop the Santa Clara County Subregional Shoreline Adaptation Plan (SCCSAP), aligned with the Bay Conservation and Development Commission’s Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan Guidelines. The work includes existing-conditions analysis, a multi-jurisdictional vulnerability assessment, adaptation strategies and pathways, implementation and funding plans, priority projects, plan packaging and local adoption support, and community engagement. The team is to include a technical/facilitation contractor and a community-based organization leading engagement; the County may award one contract covering both components or contract separately for Task 6.
