Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 is seeking janitorial supplies and related services for its schools and other facilities. - Government buyer: Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 (PVSD), Corporate Services; Facilities Coordinator: Operations. - Scope: As-needed supply of commercial cleaning products and related services for PVSD schools, bus garages, and administrative facilities, including the Division Office. PVSD may select multiple suppliers; there is no guaranteed minimum purchase volume or value. - Products requested: General-purpose cleaner, disinfectant (DF), glass cleaner, degreaser, urinal screens, garbage liners in small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes, and scent-free foaming hand soap. Optional pricing is requested for chemical dilution systems. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or vendors are identified by name in the solicitation materials. No product quantities or part numbers are specified. - Key requirements: Cleaning solutions must be ready-to-use or pre-diluted and compatible with standard custodial equipment and K-12 facility surfaces; provide safety data sheets (SDS). Urinal screens may be standard or scented, with antimicrobial options preferred. Hand soap must be fragrance-free and compatible with PVSD-standard dispensers, or dispenser options must be offered. - Delivery and services: Deliver to PVSD sites across the Division; typical delivery timelines are 3–10 business days. Liftgates are required for palletized shipments because sites do not have loading docks. Optional services include installing dilution systems at PVSD sites and providing a secure online ordering system with catalog management, reporting, shipment tracking, and related account and invoice functions. - Pricing and term: Firm pricing is requested for the initial one-year term, with up to three additional one-year extensions. Indicative potential value is estimated at $100,000–$400,000 over the maximum term, but actual spending is unknown and not guaranteed.
