Background investigations must comply with applicable law, and the proposal must address applicant confidentiality and public-records considerations. - Guarantee and pricing: Include a replacement search at no additional professional fee if the appointee leaves within 24 months, except in cases of death or disability. Proposals must identify the fixed professional fee, advertising, travel and background-check costs, optional services, and capped reimbursable expenses. - Timing: Recruitment is expected to begin after contract execution. The incumbent’s departure is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027; no successor start date or fixed contract duration is established.
