The City of Milpitas is seeking bids to remove and replace the Milpitas Sports Center football bleachers and complete ADA upgrades at the facility. Work includes demolition and debris removal, site preparation, erosion and sediment control, grading, new home bleacher construction, concrete work, electrical conduit routing and relocations, fencing and gates, and improvements to ADA parking, restrooms, and access ramps. Bidders must hold a California Class A contractor license, and attendance at one of the mandatory pre-bid conferences is required. The notice states an engineer’s estimate of $1,200,000 to $1,400,000 for the base bid.
