The Alaska Department of Public Safety is seeking quotes for sewerline repair at the Sitka Training Academy in Sitka. Work includes cutting and removing concrete to access approximately 50 feet of buried sewerline, replacing it with new pipe at a 2% uniform grade, reconnecting in-floor heat tubing, and pouring a concrete patch flush with the existing surface. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and applicable permits; work is scheduled between November 30, 2026, and January 7, 2027. The estimated project cost is $175,000–$275,000, quotes above $275,000 will be non-responsive, and projects over $100,000 must be bonded.
