Description

The Town of View Royal is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting team to update its form and character and environmental development permit areas (DPAs) and guidelines. The work includes reviewing existing DPAs and guidelines, preparing maps, graphics, and illustrations, and conducting 3D massing modeling to test whether the guidelines achieve desired design outcomes. The update aims to provide modern objectives and guidance for high-quality, energy-efficient built forms while protecting natural and sensitive environmental areas.
