The Province of British Columbia, represented by the Minister of Forests through BC Wildfire Service (BCWS), is seeking a confidential and independent reporting and support service for BCWS personnel and stakeholders. The service must include a dedicated toll-free telephone intake system and access to qualified professionals, including registered clinical counsellors, mediators, and conflict coaches. The successful proponent will receive and manage reports and inquiries and provide counselling, coaching, consultation, and conflict resolution services related to personal safety, psychological wellbeing, workplace conflict, and respect in the workplace.
