San Bernardino County is seeking a turnkey audio-visual system for the Sheriff’s Technical Services Division facility. - Government buyer: San Bernardino County Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator; Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Administrative Services, and Sheriff’s Technical Services Division. - Procurement: One turnkey indoor audio-visual system, including two LED video walls, AV control and switching, network and rack equipment, installation, programming, and commissioning. - Video walls: One hallway display, 1350 × 2400 resolution with 1.2 mm pixel pitch and approximately 5 ft 6 in × 9 ft 10 in dimensions, including 18 spare modules; and one office display, 1080 × 1920 resolution with 1.2 mm pixel pitch and approximately 4 ft 5 in × 7 ft 10 in dimensions, including 12 spare modules. - Other equipment: AV switcher, two 17.3-inch monitors, control system and 10.1-inch touch screen, HDMI cables, network cable-pull kits, installation kits, network switch, cabling, power distribution, and rack accessories. See line items for quantities and descriptions. - OEMs identified: NETGEAR, Inc. (GS108PP network switch) and Belden Inc. (10GX63F Category 6A cable). No manufacturer is specified for the LED displays or most other AV equipment. - Notable requirements: Installation is firm-fixed-price and must comply with prevailing-wage requirements; the installer must provide a California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) number. Delivery is requested promptly based on system availability after the County purchase order.
