This SEC notice concerns a proposed Long-Term Stock Exchange rule change, not a government procurement opportunity. - Government agency: U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). - Organization named in the notice: Long-Term Stock Exchange, Inc. (LTSE), which proposed changes to its clearly erroneous executions rule. - The proposal would extend certain trade-review limits to Overnight Protected Hours for 23/5 trading and clarify review procedures for NMS stocks not covered by the Limit Up-Limit Down (LULD) Plan. - The SEC is inviting public comments; no products or services, quantities, or part numbers are requested. - No OEMs, commercial vendors, or procurement requirements are identified.
Description
Long-Term Stock Exchange, Inc. filed a proposed rule change to amend Rule 11.270, which governs clearly erroneous executions, following the SEC’s approval of overnight protected price bands for 23/5 trading. The changes would extend restrictions on clearly erroneous review to Overnight Protected Hours and clarify review procedures for certain NMS stocks not subject to the LULD Plan. The rule change is proposed to become operative when 23/5 trading begins, scheduled industry-wide for December 6, 2026. The SEC notice invites comments on the proposed change through November 6, 2026.
