Ferris State University is seeking responses from Professional Service Organizations to provide pre-construction and construction management services for renovation and expansion of the Victor F. Spathelf Allied Health Building on its Big Rapids campus. Construction management services will help deliver the renovated building on time and within the allocated budget. The project will modernize and expand instructional, clinical, laboratory, and student-centered learning environments supporting Dental Hygiene, Nursing, Radiography, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
