West Virginia University, on behalf of its Board of Governors, is seeking qualified general contractors to furnish the labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and services needed to construct new stairs and an accessible lift in the North End Zone of Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium. The project is located at 1 Ira Errett Rodgers Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia. Substantial completion is due March 31, 2027, and final completion is due April 30, 2027. Proposals are due November 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
