Description

The City of Cedar Rapids is soliciting bids to establish a citywide contract for the supply and delivery of welding gases and related supplies to various City facilities. Deliveries may be needed as often as weekly or as infrequently as semiannually, with pricing requested for cylinder refills and rentals as applicable. Pricing must include freight, delivery, hazardous-material handling, and applicable fuel surcharges; these may not be billed separately. The initial contract term is one year, anticipated December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement.
