Description
Clackamas County, through its Board of County Commissioners, is soliciting sealed proposals to provide School-Based Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment and Services (School-Based SBIRT). Proposals are due November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time and must be submitted electronically through Bid Locker; email submissions are not accepted. RFP documents are available through OregonBuys, and proposers are responsible for obtaining addenda, clarifications, and notices of award there. Late proposals will not be accepted.
