The Department of the Navy’s NAVAIR Headquarters is pursuing AN/UPX-50(C) interrogator procurement and related support from BAE Systems.
Description
This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The Government does not intend to use the provisions of FAR Part 12 for this acquisition.
