OPWDD community-site pressure washing and gutter maintenance across seven New York counties

OPWDD is seeking recurring exterior cleaning and maintenance services for community sites across seven counties in New York. - Government buyer: New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), Contract Management Unit, for the Capital District Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office. - Locations and structure: Sites are in Albany, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington Counties. The work is divided into seven clusters; bidders may offer on one or more, but an awarded contractor must service every site in each awarded cluster. - Services and frequency: - Pressure washing: once annually at applicable sites, within 12 months of the prior service. - Roof gutter system cleaning and maintenance: twice annually at applicable sites. - Work requirements: Provide labor, materials, equipment, and necessary minor maintenance.
