NYCHA citywide fire standpipe and sprinkler visual inspection services

Description

NYCHA is soliciting bids for visual inspections of fire standpipe and sprinkler systems under RFQs 528457, 528458, 528459, and 528460. The solicitation is open to bidders approved on NYCHA’s PQL for this work before the bid closing date, and bids must be submitted electronically through iSupplier. The contract term is three years from the award date, with up to two optional one-year renewals at NYCHA’s discretion. Bidders currently holding a NYCHA contract for repair, relocation, or replacement of fire standpipe and sprinkler systems are ineligible for award.
