SUNY New Paltz Roof Replacement at JFT and HAB Buildings

The State University Construction Fund is seeking a contractor to replace roofs at multiple SUNY New Paltz buildings. - Government buyer: State University Construction Fund, Procurement office; project at SUNY New Paltz in New Paltz, Ulster County, New York. - Work requested: Remove existing EPDM roofing and insulation and install new insulation and roofing across approximately 5,000 square feet at JFT and 5,600 square feet at HAB. - Rooftop items: Replace exhaust hoods, curbs, walkway pads, and other accessories as needed. - Coordination requirement: Coordinate relocation and support of cellular carriers’ equipment, conduits, and cables while keeping carrier operations running. - OEMs and vendors: No roofing OEMs, manufacturers, product brands, or part numbers are specified.
