Description

L’Université de Sherbrooke souhaite acquérir un système d’essais électriques basse température, sans consommables cryogéniques, capable d’atteindre une température d’échantillon de 100 mK ou moins. Il sera installé près des infrastructures de microfabrication du 3IT. Le systeme servira à caractériser rapidement, après fabrication, des structures de test électroniques, supraconductrices et cryoélectroniques, ainsi que des mémoires émergentes et des dispositifs quantiques. La durée estimée du contrat est de 12 mois.
