The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to operate full food services at Dragoon Inn Dining Facility in Vilseck, Germany. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of the Army; U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office Bavaria, Directorate of Contracting, under the 409th Contracting Support Brigade. The requirement supports the 2nd Cavalry Regiment and the USAG Bavaria community. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, food suppliers, or prospective contractors are named in the notice or attachment summaries. - Requested service: Full operation of Dragoon Inn Dining Facility, Building 612, Rose Barracks. Work includes staffing, menu planning, meal preparation and service, grab-and-go and remote-site meals, subsistence management, headcounts and cash handling, sanitation, janitorial work, and dining equipment upkeep. - Staffing and service requirements: Minimum staffing includes 3 Lead Chefs, 21 Chefs, 5 Ration Clerks, 3 Administration Clerks, 4 Headcount/Cashiers, 14 certified dining facility attendants, and 2 dedicated shift supervisors. Remote-site support may require up to two meals per day when directed. - Solicitation line items: CLIN 0001 is a one-job phase-in; CLIN 0002 covers 11 months of base-band operations for 1–40,000 meals per month; CLIN 0003 covers 20,000 incremental meals above the base band. The PWS also describes monthly billing tiers for the base band, incremental meals, and meals above 45,000 per month. - Other attachment: The latest notice includes a consolidated 2024–2026 Dragoon DFAC head-count report, providing historical meal-volume context. Description

The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office (RCO), hereby issues a solicitation to award a commercial, single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a Full Food Service  in support of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment at USAG Bavaria located in Vilseck, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start on 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 covering one (1) base year with no option years. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirment is M1FD and the North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310. Please see attached Solicitation and Performance Work Statement.
