Little Rock AFB Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services

The U.S. Air Force is seeking full-service maintenance, repair, and inspection for 17 elevators at Little Rock Air Force Base. - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 19th Airlift Wing (Air Mobility Command), 19th Contracting Squadron (FA4460), Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. - Requirement: Full maintenance, repair, and inspection for six traction elevators and 11 hydro/electric elevators. The contractor provides management, labor, parts, tools, and equipment, including routine and emergency calls. - Equipment OEMs named: Thyssen-Krupp, Schindler, Otis, Minnesota, and Dover. The listed equipment includes 17 elevators at identified base locations, with capacities from 2,000 to 4,500 pounds. No specific equipment model or replacement-part numbers are provided. - Notable performance requirements: Arkansas licensing; a maintenance control program for each unit; a 95% operational availability goal; fire-service inspections every 30 days; response within 24 hours for routine calls and 2 hours for emergencies; and written work reports. Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation

Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB @ 0930 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 22 October 2026 at 4:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid REAL ID to access the base.
