The U.S. Air Force is seeking custodial services for Expeditionary Operations School facilities at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. - Government buyer - U.S. Air Force, supported by the USAF Expeditionary Center (USAF EC); Expeditionary Operations School (EOS) is the supported office. - Office of primary responsibility: USAF EC/A7; contracting office identified in the notice: Air Mobility Command, FA4484 87 CONS PK. - Requirement - Firm-fixed-price custodial services for Buildings 5651 and 5652, serving 96 dormitory rooms and associated common and support spaces. - Work includes routine and periodic cleaning, room turnover, floor and carpet care, dusting, interior glass cleaning, waste and recycling removal, restroom sanitation and supply restocking, and cleaning classrooms, laundry rooms, administrative areas, storage, and a medical aid station. - Room turnover is limited to a maximum of 30 services per room per year. Mechanical and communications rooms are excluded. - Cleaning products must meet applicable biobased and environmental requirements. Quality assurance includes performance monitoring and remediation. - Set-aside and scope - 100% competitive 8(a) set-aside; NAICS 561720. - The pricing schedule provides labor-hour quantities by building and service category. The listed quantities below are per scheduled period; the schedule repeats them for the base period, four option periods, and the six-month extension. - OEMs and vendors - No product OEMs, custodial vendors, or named service providers are identified in the supplied documents. - Period of performance - One 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and an optional extension of up to six months; maximum potential duration is five and a half years.

Description

This solicitation defines the custodial service requirements for buildings 5651 and 5652 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), which are operated by the Expeditionary Operations School (EOS). The Contractor shall maintain the interior cleanliness of all specified areas within these buildings, including dormitory rooms, common areas, restrooms, administrative offices, and ancillary spaces in accordance with the standards set forth in this document.

The procurement of the EOS Custodial Service must be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
