Description

The MRC du Témiscamingue is seeking professional services for a feasibility study on sharing municipal administrative functions, including billing, taxation, payroll management, and certain clerk’s office functions. The work will objectively assess cooperation and service-sharing options and identify models suited to municipalities in the territory. The study is not intended to recommend one uniform model; municipalities may adopt approaches voluntarily according to their needs. The indicative schedule runs from information gathering and diagnosis in November–December 2026 through delivery of a final report and presentation of recommendations in May 2027.
