TSV4 Narragansett Habitability Modernization Drawings and Bill of Materials

The U.S. Navy is seeking planning and engineering deliverables for habitability upgrades aboard TSV4 Narragansett. - Government buyer: U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Attention Code 301; point of contact: Ivy Cuffee. - Scope: Conduct a ship check and prepare vessel-wide F-size NAVSEA-format drawings and a supporting Bill of Materials (BOM) for galley, messing, berthing, stateroom, and sanitary spaces. - BOM details: Include applicable descriptions, quantities, locations, manufacturer and part numbers, cost, lead time, labor hours, and schedule estimates. - Notable requirement: Prospective vendors must attend at least one ship check at Colonnas Shipyard; attendance is limited to two representatives per vendor. Colonnas Shipyard is identified as the site, not as a supplier. - Deliverables: Draft and final drawing packages and BOMs, with two electronic files and two full-size paper copies of each final deliverable. - Exclusions: Procurement, fabrication, removal, installation, and modification of shipboard components are not included. - OEMs and products: No OEMs, manufacturers, part numbers, or physical products are specified in the notice. The BOM must identify applicable manufacturers and part numbers for existing or proposed items as relevant. - Quantity: One lot of drawing and BOM services.
