NASA Leadership Experience Program Industry and Academic Immersions

NASA is seeking providers to deliver immersive leadership development experiences for emerging and senior leaders. - Government buyer: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), through the NASA Shared Services Center at Stennis Space Center; the requirement is for the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. - Requested service: Leadership Experience Program (LEP) on-site industry or academic immersions for NASA GS-13/14 Emerging Leaders and GS-15 Senior Leaders. - Program scale: Each awarded provider is expected to host 1–4 participants annually, with up to 48 participants per year across the program. - Experience requirements: Each immersion must run at least two weeks (70 hours) and may last up to six months. Baseline pricing is for a two-week immersion. - Hosts must provide executive sponsorship, mentorship, active learning, strategic discussions, and exposure to relevant operations in fields such as aerospace, aviation, commercial space, defense, advanced technology, or scientific research. NASA-center-adjacent locations are preferred. - Providers must meet sector, scale, innovation, and strategic-focus qualifications. Each immersion requires its own memorandum of understanding, and providers must coordinate participant access, onboarding, and offboarding. - OEMs and vendors: No specific OEMs, vendors, or named providers are identified. No products, part numbers, or product quantities are requested.

MULITPLE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPA) WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS RFQ.  QUALIFYING COMPANIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND BY THE DUE DATE OF 10/23/2026.
