Description
In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 16.507-6(f), this is a post-award notice of the Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has awarded a sole-source task order for highly specialized engineering, technical, and programmatic support services. Due to the unique technical requirements and specialized system architectures, only the awardee contractor possesses the required proprietary technical data and engineering expertise to execute these requirements without causing unacceptable operational delays and a substantial, non-recoverable duplication of costs. The redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity document is attached to this notice in accordance with public posting requirements.
