Description

The City of Sacramento, Department of Human Resources, is seeking proposals for as-needed live, instructor-led training for City employees. Training may be delivered in person or through virtual platforms and cover employee personal and professional development, business processes, and efficiency. The services include established or customized curricula and may address a broad range of competency areas. The City anticipates awarding multiple contracts for up to five years, with an expected not-to-exceed budget of $500,000 across all awarded contracts; contract award does not guarantee use of services or minimum compensation.
