Description

The Town of Kingston invites sealed proposals for water meter and advanced metering analytics maintenance. Services include furnishing, installing, commissioning, maintaining, replacing, and testing water meters, cellular registers and endpoints, associated software, billing-system integration, and related support. The initial contract term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewal options, subject to appropriation, satisfactory performance, and written agreement. Proposal security equal to five percent of the maximum proposal amount, including alternates, is required.
