Description

The City of Seabrook seeks a professional partner to develop and manage a two-day, destination-oriented signature event intended to generate overnight visitation and measurable hotel room nights. The work may include discovery, concept development, budgeting, sponsorship, procurement and coordination of event services, marketing coordination, logistics, on-site production, and post-event evaluation. The selected firm will help determine how the main event and a complementary preceding-day activation can encourage overnight stays. Proposals may also include optional pricing for smaller City events on an as-needed basis; these services are not guaranteed and require separate authorization.
