Description

Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District is seeking a laboratory to analyze water quality samples for fecal bacteria and other analytes as requested. The initial contract term will be funded by the District, while future contract years may be funded in whole or in part by EPA financial assistance. If federal funds are used, the selected laboratory must comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, and the contract will be amended to include required federal provisions. Sealed proposals are due November 3, 2026, at 2:30 PM; late submittals will not be considered.
