Massport is seeking an experienced concessionaire to run a commercial advertising program across Boston Logan and Worcester Regional airports. - Government buyer: Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), Goods & Services; the agreement identifies the Aviation Business General Manager. The program covers Boston Logan International Airport, its Rental Car Center, and Worcester Regional Airport. - Opportunity: One non-exclusive concession to plan, design, fabricate, install, sell, operate, and maintain indoor and outdoor advertising displays and related opportunities. Massport may retain or provide some advertising services itself. - Services requested: Advertising sales and administration; sponsorships, sample distributions, experiential marketing, and community advertising; display maintenance, accounting, billing, collections, and revenue reporting; and transition from the incumbent program. - Investment and facilities: The concessionaire funds display investments and operating costs. Approximately 400 square feet of support space in Terminal E is included, subject to relocation. Potential placements include airport interiors and exteriors, shuttle buses, bus shelters, Logan Express buses, and Logan Express sites, subject to Authority approval. - Notable requirements: All display units other than those in the Terminal C Ticketing Hall must be installed within 180 days after the concession begins. Digital displays require midterm refurbishment investment of at least 15% of the initial investment. The concessionaire must follow Massport advertising-content and review policies, including special provisions for alcohol advertising and public service announcements, and meet advertising, maintenance, and reporting standards. - Products and vendors: No specific products, part numbers, or product quantities are requested, and no commercial OEMs, incumbent, or prospective vendors are named. The concessionaire is responsible for supplying necessary staff and equipment.
