Description

The Authority is seeking sealed offers from qualified firms or individuals to provide, supply, and install a full turnkey new computer-controlled, double-ended (dual-cylinder), horizontal-acting wheel press system with a minimum 600-ton pressing capacity and all components and tooling. The system is designed to mount components onto axles to create wheelset assemblies and to demount components from wheelset assemblies, as described in Exhibit H. Offers must be submitted through the Supplier Portal, including required proposal materials and completion of the online bid table. The submission deadline is October 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT.
