Broward College is seeking a qualified consulting firm to lead its search for a new College President. - Government buyer: Broward College, Procurement Department, Fort Lauderdale, Florida; the search will involve the District Board of Trustees, Presidential Search Committee, and Vice President for Human Resources, Talent, and Culture. - Requested service: One end-to-end presidential search consulting engagement, covering search strategy, candidate outreach and recruitment, application review, interview support, and assistance with appointment and transition. - Candidate outreach must be broad and include candidates from varied backgrounds and outside academia. The firm must manage confidential application materials in accordance with applicable law and provide progress reports as requested. - The firm must have at least three years of proven experience providing comparable presidential search consulting services and be able to present qualified candidates by the College’s required recruiting milestone. Florida experience is highly preferred. - The notice and attachment name no OEMs or competing vendor firms. Subcontracting is prohibited.

Description

Broward College seeks a single qualified firm to provide presidential search consulting services. The work includes developing the search approach, recruiting and evaluating candidates, supporting interviews and negotiations, and assisting with the appointment and transition. The firm must present qualified candidates to the College no later than November 30, 2026. Respondents must have at least three years of proven experience providing presidential search consulting services of similar size and scope; Florida experience is highly preferred.
