Ballistic helmets and rifle-rated tactical shields for U.S. Embassy San Salvador

The U.S. Department of State’s International Narcotics Affairs Section at the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador is seeking ballistic helmets and tactical shields for delivery in a single shipment. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of State, International Narcotics Affairs Section (INL), General Services Office / Procurement, American Embassy, San Salvador. - OEMs and named brands: Ops-Core (FAST SF helmets), Point Blank (TRIFECTA shield), and Paraclete (Trifecta X and Bellator III shields). The RFQ permits equal products. - Products requested: - 30 black NIJ Level IIIA Ops-Core FAST SF or equal helmets: 24 medium and 6 large. - One 21 × 36-inch NIJ Level III/III+ rifle-rated shield with viewport and integrated 1,000-lumen LED/strobe. - One 20 × 30-inch NIJ Level III rifle-rated shield with a weapon mount and reinforced viewport. - Notable requirements: equipment must be new and OEM-authentic with traceability; components must not be of PRC origin. Delivery is one consolidated shipment within 90 days of award, with no partial shipments. The supplier must have at least five years of relevant experience; minimum two-year helmet warranty and two-year warranty for the 20 × 30-inch shield are specified.
