DLA Aviation at Huntsville is seeking CHINOOK first-stage carriers under a three-year requirements contract. - Buyer: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Aviation at Huntsville. - Request: A minimum of 9 first-stage carriers for the CHINOOK weapon system; NSN 1615-01-112-2995, part number 145D0104-3. - OEM: The Boeing Company is identified as the OEM. Other named sources are Boeing Distribution Services, Inc. and Heligear Acquisition Co. dba Northstar Aero. - Delivery and lead time: Delivery is to Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Production lead time is 990 days after award with First Article Testing, or 660 days without it. - Notable requirements: Offerors must meet prequalification requirements. The Government states it does not own the data needed to source the part from additional suppliers.

PRON: 0098121547. The Government proposes to acquire on a Three year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) cantract an intended minimum quantity of 9 each CARRIER, FIRST STAGE: NSN: 1615-01-112-2995: Part Number: 145D0104-3 applicable to the CHINOOK Weapon System.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 9 each, 990 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 9 each, 660 DACA with deliveries to TINKER AFB, OK, 73145-8000.
