Description

The solicitation requests lawn and shrub/hedge maintenance services for Houston County DHR during the FY27 purchase-order period, October 2026 through September 30, 2027. Grass cutting is limited to 20 cuts, with each cut including the listed mowing, edging, cleanup, and related services; shrub trimming is limited to two services, one in spring and one in fall. Contractors must coordinate service schedules and specifications with the DHR County office point of contact, and remove trimmings and debris as specified. Payment is Net 30 in arrears after service completion, with no invoices submitted before completion.
