The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency are seeking a firm to provide website design, development, and maintenance services. The work is described in Exhibit A to the Form of Contract. The agencies currently manage four websites, while their secure account and payment portal is managed separately. Proposals must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids by November 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific time.
