Stillwater seasonal mobile food and beverage concession-space rentals

The City of Stillwater is offering seasonal concession-space rentals beside its ice rink at Block 34. - Buyer: City of Stillwater, Oklahoma; no sub-agency or office is identified. - Opportunity: One mobile food-vendor space and one beverage-vendor space are offered separately for each of six rental periods. This is a vendor-paid space rental, not a City purchase of food or beverage services. - Minimum offers: $500 per space for each of the five regular periods and $250 per space for the final eight-day period. If every space and period is rented, the combined minimum offers total $5,500. - Vendor requirements: Provide a valid City of Stillwater Mobile Food Establishment License, liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured, and a brief description of the proposed operation and products. Description

The City of Stillwater seeks competitive rental offers from qualified mobile food and beverage vendors for designated concession spaces near the Stillwater Ice Rink at Block 34. One food-vendor space and one beverage-vendor space will be available during each rental period for the rink season running November 7, 2026, through January 23, 2027. Vendors pay the City for the opportunity to operate; the City is not purchasing food or beverage services. Responses must be submitted through IonWave by October 23, 2026, and must include the required City mobile food establishment license, liability insurance certificate naming the City as an additional insured, and a brief description of the proposed operation and products.
