Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is requesting Statements of Qualifications from engineering firms for various Mecklenburg County capital projects receiving CIP funding. The requested services include Construction Engineering and Inspection, Materials Testing, Construction Administration, and Geotechnical Investigations.
