Description

The County of Loudoun seeks multiple qualified contractors to provide grounds maintenance services at various Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) sites. The County intends to award one contract for each zone listed in Attachment II, and bidders may submit bids for one or more zones. Site maps are identified in Attachment III, and bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the work locations; failure to inspect does not relieve the successful bidder of the obligation to perform the work at the awarded amount.
