Description
This non-binding Request for Supplier Qualifications seeks to establish Suppliers of Record for low-dollar-value, repetitively used library supplies and furnishings. Items may include archival and book-care supplies, carts, circulation and security supplies, shelf organization products, signage, displays, shelving, cabinets, and furnishings; the list is not exhaustive, and suppliers may qualify for the categories they provide. Books, furniture, IT equipment such as charging carts, and office supplies are excluded because DSBN has separate contracts for them. The initial term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with optional one-year renewals through no later than December 31, 2032; participation is limited to eligible Canadian businesses, and proposals may be submitted after the original deadline during the contract period.
