Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that producers and exporters subject to the administrative review made sales of certain pasta from Italy at less than normal value during the review period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. It is also rescinding the review with respect to 15 companies. The notice invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary results.
