The Farm Credit Administration is amending its existing FCA-1—Employee Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Records—FCA system of records. The system supports payroll preparation and reporting, required recordkeeping, and retrieval of payroll and leave information for Agency needs; it may also support assigning employees to work-related tasks and tracking related activities and costs. The notice updates the categories of individuals and records maintained, along with the storage practices and administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
